I have used the Mojo Monday Sketch here


and thought I would make another card using a  Christmas Sugar Nellie Stamp..well here she is

Again I have used the Colorful Christmas Papers from My Minds Eye which I bought from David and Brenda at www.craftobsessions.co.uk. I have also used stickles and of course crystals and ribbonwhich I also bought from them.  Here is a close up of Maggie…


Wow – She’s enormous !!!! I really love using these funky colours for Christmas cards…something a bit different from the normal !!!!

Well I always have the Sugar Nellie Blog as one of my tabs on “tinternet” and today Karen asked to see Chrsitmas cards using Sugar Nellie stamps…well I only have one that is vaguely Christmassy and I wasn’t “feeling the vibe” to use it so decided to festive up one of the Manga Chicks….I also attempted a tri-fold card using one of the tutorials on Split Coast Stampers…here is my card, I hope you like…

I have used the brand new My Minds Eye Papers – Colorful Christmas which I adore, The ribbon is from Creative Imaginations and has white snowflakes on it.  I have also used copious Swarovski Crystals. Here is a close up of Little Miss Manga…

Pink Manga

I have used the new Manga stamp from Funky Kits which I adore. I have coloured her using my Prisma Color Pencils. The papers are Flip Flop from the paper loft.  I have used loads of pearls, prima flowers, ribbon and my Martha Stewart punch ( Lace Doily). The Message was done on the computer…here is a close up..

Here is a card I put together following a sketch from one of the challenge sites..unfortunately I got sidetracked and not only did I not get it uploaded in time, but I forgot which site it came from….DOH

Playful Petals Sitting girl

I love the paper range which is Playful Petals from Daisy Bucket Designs, I used ribbon and heart headed pins from stash, pearls from Basic Grey,  and three swarovski bi-cones on the end of each pin which really finishes them off and add’s that all important sparkle.


I have used one of the Gorguss Girls Stamps from www.funkykits.co.uk and I have coloured the image with my wonderful Prisma Color Pencils…thanks for stopping by x

Well I have’nt attempted a sugar bowl challenge for a long time and thought I would give it a go, I loved the sketch – thanks Judy.  Here are the details

I have used Basic Grey – Lemonade which I love.  one of the Gorguss Girl stamps which I have used twice to signify me and my pal…

The Bloom is Bassil and of course for the Bling, I have used Swarovski Crystals.  The punch is Valentine Border from Martha Stewart and a couple of rub ons from ??? Who knows – sorry. Hope you like and thanks for looking x

Just a quick post tonight

Well I have had a busy week so the cards are few and far between at the moment..I did however manage another card with the beautiful Gorguss Girls stamps…


I have used the Posh Posies range of papers by Daisy Bucket which I got from www.craftobsessions.co.uk . The stamp is from Funky Kits and the blooms are Prima with some ribbon and Swarovski Crystals. 

My Magnolia spring set of stamps arrived yesterday so I will playing with them over the weekend..watch this space !

I so love these new stamps…


I made this card for Tony’s Aunty Eileen who is poorly in hospital at the moment…get well soon X

The papers are anoher new range from Daisy Bucket, they are from the Nantucket Island Range and  love them. Again these are available from www.craftobsessions.co.uk . I have cutt the dark purple band using my stampin up border punch and over the top I have laid a strip of felt flowers and mounted the pearls at the flower points. The large flower is threeheld together with the pearl brad and he metal love token is held on with wire attached to the openers of the brad. The ticket has been stamped from the new Hero Arts range of stamps and the heart headed pins are an internet find…
